of environments it can work in, there may be some
problems that simply cannot be detected in advance. If
you have any problem with our product, please refer to
our
Knowledge Base were you can find the answers to
questions frequently asked by other users.
If you do not find satisfying
information or it is only partially please fill in an
appropriate Problem Report
(select one from list below) and send it to us. The more
information you provide about the problem that you may
encounter, the better our chances to repeat it and to
provide you with some help. Please enclose the full
description of all the actions that you performed prior
to the occurrence of the problem. Try to find the
simplest way to repeat it by omitting those actions that
are irrelevant.
